Property Management and Due Diligence Services
As Property Managers with more than 35 years of experience, TDC is more than qualified to act as an independent, consistent, and knowledgeable representative on your behalf. For commercial properties, including retail centers, office buildings and industrial spaces, we tailor our services to meet the client's needs. With customer service as a top priority, we pride ourselves in the relationships we build with our clients, tenants, and vendors.

Construction and Construction Management
As your go-to construction company, TDC has decades of experience that more than qualifies them to act as your agent from the design and construction phases of your building project, until the day when you move into your new or renovated building. TDC can manage as little or as much as you may need, including working with architects and engineers to keep project cost down, contacting quality contractors for bids, working with the contractors to maintain the project schedule, and expediting the permitting process through local agencies.

SBA Loan Monitoring and Consulting
As an approved Small Business Administration (SBA) "loan monitoring group" we coordinate with the SBA lenders to oversee the construction loan process for a variety of SBA programs. We consult with the borrower and guide them through the monthly funds request while making sure they adhere to the criteria they must work within. As a general consultant, we work with future projects and clients to facilitate the "due diligence" or assist during the construction process leading up to management of the project. We work side by side with the ownership team to make the task of takeover as seamless as possible. Each project is tailored to the needs and goals of the client.
